About Us

John Edmond and Tara Shippey, the two Directors of Edmond Harcourt, have a combined experience of 60 years in the development land and planning arena.

John was a nationally ranked Planning Solicitor and one of the founders of Marrons, a niche planning and development legal practice.
Tara is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in both commercial and residential property, planning and development.
