The Directors of Edmond Harcourt have a wealth of experience in assisting landowners and developers in bringing forward land for development and land promotion.  Their experience covers a broad range of development opportunities including large and small scale residential and employment opportunities, warehousing and distribution sites, purpose-built student accommodation as well as the conversion of listed buildings, commercial to residential conversions and renewable energy.

John Edmond was a founding Partner in Marrons, and acknowledged national legal planning practice where he was nationally ranked as a Planning Solicitor and has over 35 years of development and town planning experience.  Tara Shippey is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential property, planning and development throughout the East Midland and Thames Valley.
