Tara is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential property, planning and development. Tara specialises in identifying opportunities to maximise value of existing investments and acquiring new development opportunities. Tara is experienced in both immediate and longer-term strategic opportunities and is successful at securing maximum value.
Prior to establishing Edmond Harcourt Ltd Tara was a commercial agent based in the Thames Valley involved in large scale commercial and industrial developments along the M4 corridor advising on development projects at all stages from conception to completion. Tara returned to the East Midland in 2000 to run a successful property development and investment company.
Through Edmond Harcourt Ltd Tara and John have pooled their experience and expertise to provide a niche company focussed on advising and working alongside principally landowners in the promotion of their land for development – from initial site appraisal, assembling and managing the professional consultancy team, promotion through the development plan process and /or planning application/ appeal process – through to ultimate sale of land and delivery of the development, thereby maximising land values and minimising development costs for landowners.
