David Cummins (BEng (Hons), C.Eng, MSc, MCIL) is the founder and Managing Director of ADC Infrastructure, which was founded in 2013. The company’s mission to collaborate with our clients and their advisors to plan and design the infrastructure required to deliver their property development projects. The company provides consultancy services in transport planning, infrastructure design, and water management.
David and his company’s expertise is widely acknowledged as a leader in his field and expert witness through-out the development industry. ADC has advised on projects of all sizes from the earliest feasibility, through Local Plan promotion, and in support of applications and promotion of land through Local Plans and Neighbourhood Plans across England.
The company usually form part of a professional team to deal with transport, highway, flood risk and drainage infrastructure matters that arise as part of a development project; often from the very beginning of the project, for example unlocking a site with a well-informed access solution and/or providing strategic direction on larger projects. The aim is to deliver development proposals in a cost-effective manner.
