Andrew is a Director of Marrons Planning and has 19 years’ town planning experience in both the public and private sector. The vast majority of this experience is in the residential, strategic land sector.
He works primarily with house-builders, land promoters and landowners across the country in securing consent for medium to large-scale residential and commercial development, including a number of SUEs and new settlements.
Andrew also regularly appears at EIPs across the country to promote sites on behalf of clients. Andrew has also acted in a large number of large-scale residential appeals across England as expert planning witness and has an excellent track record of success. He is acknowledged within the development industry and the public sector alike as a leader in his field.
